JESCA Services ~ Early Childhood Development
The general objective of the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Program is to
provide comprehensive services to children whose parents work outside
the home, or who are in training for future employment. The ECD
Program ensures a developmen-tal program of health, nutrition, education,
and recreation through creative, cultural, and physical activities to
promote each childs potential growth
physically, socially,
emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually. Through our Patron-
Teachers Council, Early Childhood Committee, and Head Start Policy
Committee, this Program will continue to be one of the most viable in meeting one of the
major goals of JESCA The Strengthening of Family Life.
Benefits Provided: The ECD Program offers Early Childhood
Education including Head Start, Prekindergarten Early Intervention,
